Packages ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and typically takes 2-3 days to arrive. Holiday time may take a little longer.
If you hear broken glass rattling around in your box, DO NOT OPEN the package. Simply write "DAMAGED - RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and give it back to your carrier. They will send the box back to me and I will replace whatever needs to be replaced and ship it back to you ASAP.
